Employer requirements for BC PNP

Job Offer Requirements
- Employer must offer an intermediate, full time job position.
- The employer has to offer candidate a wage as per industry standards.
- The position must meet the minimum requirements of wage as per annual wage, residence location and number of family members of applicant.
Recruitment Requirements
Employers need to demonstrate that they have made maximum efforts to recruit a Canadian citizen before hiring a foreign national for that job. However, you must know here that employers who have been recruited under BC PNP don’t need LMIA to make their position valid.
Business Requirements
- Employer’s business must be well-established.
- It must have a valid growth history.
The business needs to be in good standing in British Columbia with the good practices of workplace and business.
